For regularly arranged product test points, if there are more points, use array programming. You only need to know the position of the first test point, the X coordinate of the second test point in the X direction, and the Y coordinate of the second test point in the Y direction. One thousand test points can be arrayed, and manual judgment or automatic judgment can be implanted. It can be completed in fifteen minutes, greatly improving programming efficiency.

CNC programming, automatic judgment/manual judgment

For products with complex backgrounds, the software cannot automatically determine, after CNC programming, the manual determination function is turned on, the CNC automatically moves the position, and the result is determined manually. Greatly improve the efficiency of manual testing.

Preset clear conditions for saving products

For any type of product, after adjusting the image clearly, you can click Preset to save the current condition and name it. When you test the same product next time, you only need to click on the test point, no need to adjust the image, and directly call the preset conditions. The image is automatically adjusted to the clear state under the storage conditions. There is no need to worry that the operator will not adjust the clarity.

Double click to move the screen to the center of the screen

In the current test screen, the mouse arrow is aligned with any component, and the left mouse button double-clicks, the component image will automatically move to the center of the screen, without manual multiple movement, which greatly improves the test efficiency.
